Luca Pulito 

Luca is a dynamic individual who is always evolving and strongly believes that our performance, serenity, and happiness depend largely on our personal choices. This belief is reinforced by his own experiences and those of the people he works with as a coach.

 

What does he love about his job? To stimulate that magical moment in which someone decides to be happy, authentic, immune to external interference. The moment that opens the way to continuous growth. Attending the change of those who can understand the potential of their resources and learn how to use them to the fullest.

 

Luca has a university education in economics and a master's degree in statistics applied to economics. Throughout the course of his career, spanning over twenty years, he held a variety of roles including consultancy, team leadership, management, and executive positions in multinational companies across various sectors.

 

In addition to his extensive professional experience, he holds a Master's degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation. He has undergone a rigorous three-year training program to develop his coaching skills and abilities. Together with his practical experience and theoretical knowledge Luca  provides comprehensive and effective coaching services to individuals and organizations seeking to achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.

 

One of his passions is conscious finance. He is a trainer in financial intelligence with the aim of spreading awareness and the right approach, both technical and mental, to the management of one's assets.

Luca is a certified Project manager, Program manager, Agile Scrum master, Change manager and Business process improvement manager.
